Symptom: DTMF digits not passed when a call is made from a SCCP phone to SIP end point on a CCME router.
Conditions: The problem is seen only when the SIP side hasn't yet sent a 200 OK response.
Solution: Wait until release 12.3(14)T is available sometime in March 2005.Alot of IVR systems will answer without sending a connect message back to the PSTN which causes the SIP side not to send a 200 ok connect message back to the CME. Thus, causing one-audio from the IVR system called back to the CME.
This is one of many bugs that I found with Cisco gateways and VoIP.
